​主要研究领域包括

(1)二维单层材料体系中多声子拉曼光谱性质的研究;

(2)二维单层材料体系中极化子和激子态性质的研究;

(3)新型低维纳米材料体系中电子自旋弛豫性质的研究;

(4)量子器件不稳定性物理机制的分析。
